Hello, My name is Madison! I am a registered yoga instructor with over 700 hours of training. I am also a sound bath facilitator and licensed holistic esthetician. I work with all ages ranging from middle school to senior citizens. Every session is specialized towards the individuals wants and needs. Bookings are available for privates or group parties such as bachelorettes, birthdays, corporate wellness, or life celebrations. Yoga and mindfulness are my passion and my goal is to share with like minded individuals.I fell in love with yoga during 2018, and decided I wanted to base my life around this foundation and practice. Through my practice I found myself and learned new ways of self expression, communication, and self love.My goal when connecting with others is to help them find the peace within themselves, develop tools and practices which help regulate the nervous system and various stress levels of life. while simultaneously finding a deep sense of connection and relaxation.
