To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. This policy requires clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. For private chef services, we require a 5-day cancelation policy.
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee may be charged, equivalent to a percentage of the service cost or the full amount. This policy helps us manage our resources effectively and allows other clients the opportunity to fill the open time slot.
