To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. This policy requires clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. For private chef services, we require a 5-day cancelation policy.
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee may be charged, equivalent to a percentage of the service cost or the full amount. This policy helps us manage our resources effectively and allows other clients the opportunity to fill the open time slot.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we encourage our clients to communicate any changes as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.”
