You are on vacation after all. Embrace every moment. My Yoga teaching approach is tailored to center the practice to each student’s unique needs. I incorporate personalized adjustments, offering words of encouragement as well as modifying poses perfectly aligned to each student’s ability and aspiration. My goal is to cultivate a nurturing and enjoyable environment, where students can unwind, and thoroughly enjoy their Yoga journey. I intuitively feel the mood, and energy of the class, enabling me to sequence my classes around that energy. The Matt is your ISLAND !! I teach Restorative Yoga. Poses are held for a longer period of time, allowing the breath to relax you, and gently stretching your muscles with each breath. It’s a beautiful way to start or end your day. A nice Yoga flow (Hatha Flow) synchronizing breath with movement heating your body from the inside out, helps with endurance, stamina, and detoxification.
